Finding a Lot
Finding the right piece of land for your home can be one of the most challenging parts of the custom home building process. At Brown Family Builders, LLC, we always take advantage of the opportunity to assist our clients in selecting the land they will build on; we will always inspect the property to ensure we are considering all potential factors from the start. Whether it’s assessing the topography of your land or planning for how we can optimize the views present at your property, all factors are considered before we start your custom design.
Planning & Design
At Brown Family Builders, LLC, we can assist you in customizing a pre-selected plan or by preparing complete drawings and specifications from one of our designers to craft you a unique house plan that is both beautiful and functional for your family. We start with helping our clients establish a budget for their home. We do this by establishing a target square footage for the home based on our cost per square foot in the area that we will be building. By doing this, we are able to ensure that the home designed for you will directly correlate to your budget, while also mitigating budget over runs.
Interior Design
We understand that it can be overwhelming to pick all the interior finishes of a home as there are limitless choices out there. Over the years we have connected with an amazing network of suppliers who can assist in showing you a variety of design materials from flooring, countertops, cabinets, & lights. No need to stress as Lori Brown has picked all the interior finishes herself since the very first home built by Brown Family Builders, LLC. Lori is here to help you narrow down the options by getting a feel for the concepts & styles you are looking to achieve. From picking selections to generating a design package that you and your family will love, we are here to help.
Construction
Once we have the green light to start construction on your unique custom home we will schedule an in person meeting to discuss selections, timelines, and answer any other questions you have about the construction phase of your home.

Congratulations, you have received the keys to your new home.
